Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds or returns after fulfillment of donation services as funds are quickly distributed for use within the community. Please contact us and discuss make-good and/or other options if you are anyway less than completely satisfied with our services. You are our customer and your complete satisfaction is important.
Delivery & Timing of Donation Services
Generally, donations to sports teams that are ‘in-season’ are distributed weekly. For other programs and sports teams are that are ‘off-season’, donations are distributed at the close of each month. If you want a different distribution schedule, please contact us and we should be happy to accommodate it.
Credit Card Transactions
Credit cards are transacted securely through Stripe, a financial services firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA, a trusted industry source and in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Privacy Information
We do not retain your credit card data. Your donation and personal information is used to provide the services offered on this site. We do not sell, rent or barter your personal profile information or transaction behavior to third parties for marketing purposes, however, we may utilize such information to improve our services and better understand, communicate and serve your needs as a donor. We take your privacy very seriously and seek to comply with industry best practices, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and federal regulations.
